Boolean Networks

Current work with Boolean networks is exploring the information hidden in basins of attraction.  A proof of concept on the yeast cell cycle has shown promising results, as has a application to the systems biology of human aging recently presented at the Rocky 2009 Bioinformatics Conference.  More information will be posted at this website in the near future.
