Bayesian Networks

I am currently researching Bayesian networks and other graphical models for use in representing biological interaction networks.  Of particular interest to me is incorporating the idea of biological or cellular contexts (see the page for this) into the learning and representation of Bayesian networks.  Also under study are ways to effectively use replicates from time-course microarray data.  This page will be updated when results are published.

In the meantime, please go to my blog and pick the Bayesian Networks category — I posted a number of talks and slides given to our lab group.
