Everything you need for better future and success has already been written. And guess what? All you have to do is go to the library. — Jim Rohn
It’s been said that formal education will make you a living, which is fine, but that self-education will make you a fortune, which is super-fine. The fact is that there is much more to life than research, teaching, working a job, etc. To truly live “the good life”, one must become a person of value to society. We all have our own definitions of success, and since money really doesn’t buy happiness, it’s no one’s place to tell someone else what their standard of success should be. But since being broke doesn’t buy happiness either, it’s good to know that each of us attracts success proportional to the value we bring to the world. In other words, to have more [whatever we want more of], we must become more. Hard work is certainly required, but hard work alone is not enough. Only a lifetime of self-education and looking to add value to others will allow one to truly live “the good life.”
You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want. — Zig Ziglar
